What's included in a pergola bundle?+
Each bundle includes the pergola itself plus a curated set of furniture, tech and finishing touches built around one theme: Hot Tub Privacy Spa, Outdoor Cinema or Kitchen & Dining. Full contents are listed on each product page.
What is the difference between Essentials, Lifestyle and Signature?+
Essentials uses a 3x3m pergola with the core items for that theme. Lifestyle and Signature step up to a 4x3m pergola with extra furniture and finishing touches, so you can match the tier to your garden and budget.
Do I need planning permission?+
In most cases the pergola at the centre of a bundle falls under permitted development, but rules vary by property and location, particularly for listed buildings or conservation areas. We always recommend checking with your local council before ordering.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery is free within mainland UK. Because a bundle includes several items, it can arrive in more than one consignment, with tracking sent within 24 hours of each dispatch. For current lead times on any bundle, just ask; we're available seven days a week
Is installation included?+
Installation is not included as standard. Each bundle comes with clear assembly guidance, and is designed to be set up by two people on a solid, level base.
