We offer a 14-day return policy on all pergolas, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us and our team will guide you through the process. Please note that return delivery costs for large items are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your pergola has been dispatched we are unable to make amendments.

At present, we deliver to mainland Great Britain only. We hope to extend our delivery coverage in the future.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 working days. Once dispatched, please allow a further 2 to 7 working days for delivery depending on your location and the size of your order. We will send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Yes, we offer free delivery to mainland Great Britain on all orders over £500. For smaller orders under £500, a delivery charge will apply depending on the size of the item.

Once your pergola has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery. If you have any questions about your order status, our team is available seven days a week.

All pergola dimensions are listed on each product page. If you are unsure which size suits your space, we recommend measuring your patio or decking area and allowing clearance around any seating or dining furniture. Our team is happy to advise, so just get in touch.
