Why choose the Signature package?
Signature is designed for customers who treat outdoor dining as a central part of how they use their garden.
The CosmoGrill Platinum provides significantly more cooking capacity than the barbecues included with the Essentials and Lifestyle packages. Six main burners allow several temperature zones to be managed simultaneously, while the infrared searing burner and separate rear burner add greater flexibility for larger or more ambitious meals.
Dining for eight makes the space suitable for extended family, celebrations and weekends with friends. The drinks fridge, serving trolley and storage cabinet reduce repeated trips into the house and help maintain an organised flow between cooking, serving and dining.
The package brings together:
-
High-capacity outdoor cooking
-
Dedicated searing and rear-burner functions
-
Dining for eight
-
Chilled drinks storage
-
Mobile serving space
-
Coordinated embossed tableware
-
Additional kitchen storage
-
Shelter, privacy, lighting and warmth
The result is a finished outdoor entertaining room that feels planned as one complete environment.
Your Signature outdoor dining room
The 4×3m aluminium pergola defines the dining area as a dedicated garden room.
Adjustable roof louvres help you manage sunlight and shelter, while pull-down blinds on three sides provide additional privacy from neighbouring properties and exposed garden boundaries.
Built-in LED roof lighting illuminates the table and serving area after sunset, allowing dinner and conversation to continue without temporary lamps or trailing decorative lights.
The integrated heater helps make the dining area more comfortable when the evening temperature falls.
The pergola is intended primarily to shelter and define the dining space. It must not automatically be treated as a safe enclosure for operating a large gas barbecue.
CosmoGrill Platinum 8-Burner 6+2 Gas Barbecue
The centrepiece of the Signature cooking station is the CosmoGrill Platinum 8-Burner 6+2 Gas Barbecue.
Its configuration comprises six independently controlled main burners, one infrared side-searing burner and one rear burner intended for rotisserie-style cooking.
Together, the eight stainless-steel burners provide a stated combined heat output of approximately 27.7kW.
This gives the barbecue the capacity to handle larger quantities of food while maintaining different cooking temperatures across the grill.
Six independently controlled main burners
The six main burners allow the cooking surface to be divided into multiple temperature zones.
This makes it possible to:
-
Sear food over high direct heat
-
Cook vegetables and delicate ingredients more gently
-
Prepare several dishes at once
-
Keep cooked food away from the strongest flame
-
Create an indirect cooking zone
-
Manage food for larger groups without overcrowding one section of the grill
Each burner is controlled separately through the front-mounted rotary controls.
Infrared side-searing burner
The dedicated infrared burner is designed to produce concentrated high heat for fast searing.
It can be used to create a caramelised exterior on steaks and other suitable foods without occupying space on the principal cooking grates.
The burner reaches very high temperatures and must only be used with suitable cookware, utensils and cooking methods permitted by the CosmoGrill instructions.
It should be kept clear of pergola blinds, furniture, serving equipment and other heat-sensitive items.
Rear rotisserie-style burner
A separate rear burner provides an additional heat source for suitable rotisserie-style cooking.
The rotisserie motor, spit and related accessories are only included where specifically shown on the product packaging or your order confirmation.
Any rotisserie equipment must be installed and operated according to the barbecue manufacturer’s instructions.
Cast-iron cooking grates
The principal grill uses cast-iron cooking grates designed to retain and distribute heat across the cooking surface.
The centre section can be removed to accommodate compatible accessories such as a pizza stone, pan or alternative cooking insert.
Only accessories with suitable dimensions and heat ratings should be used.
The grates should be cleaned, dried and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidance to help prevent corrosion and preserve their cooking surface.
Cooking and warming space
The principal cooking area measures approximately:
-
Width: 92cm
-
Depth: 42cm
A full-width warming rack provides additional space above the main cooking surface.
The warming rack can be used for:
-
Resting cooked food
-
Warming bread
-
Holding food away from intense direct heat
-
Managing different serving times
-
Keeping completed portions warm while the remaining food cooks
The integrated lid thermometer helps you monitor the temperature inside the closed barbecue.
LED-illuminated controls
The front control dials incorporate LED lighting, giving the barbecue a more premium appearance and making the controls easier to identify during evening use.
The LED system requires five AA batteries, which are not included as standard.
The dial lighting is decorative and functional but should not replace suitable illumination around the cooking area.
Preparation and storage
A foldable side shelf provides additional space for preparation, plates or utensils.
The enclosed lower section offers storage for appropriate barbecue accessories and selected non-combustible items.
Do not place items inside the barbecue cabinet where they may interfere with:
-
Gas connections
-
Ventilation
-
Grease collection
-
Hot internal surfaces
-
Controls or pipework
Gas-cylinder positioning must follow the instructions supplied with the barbecue. Spare gas cylinders, aerosols, flammable liquids and cleaning chemicals must not be stored inside the barbecue cabinet.
Barbecue dimensions
The CosmoGrill Platinum measures approximately:
-
Width: 160cm
-
Depth: 50cm
-
Height: 115cm
-
Cooking area: Approximately 92 × 42cm
-
Weight: Approximately 51.5kg
-
Maximum stated temperature: More than 350°C
The barbecue is supplied in multiple packages and requires assembly.
Four lockable castors allow it to be repositioned once assembled, although it should only be moved when it is switched off, cool and disconnected or secured as required by the manufacturer.
These specifications are published by CosmoGrill for the Platinum model supplied with this bundle.
Critical BBQ positioning and ventilation
The CosmoGrill Platinum is a powerful outdoor gas appliance and must only be operated in a properly ventilated open-air location.
A pergola with a roof and three lowered blinds can restrict ventilation and allow heat, smoke and combustion gases to accumulate.
Gas Safe Register warns that both gas and solid-fuel barbecues can create a risk of carbon-monoxide poisoning when they are not used or maintained correctly.
Before operating the barbecue:
-
Fully open the pergola roof louvres
-
Raise all three privacy blinds
-
Maintain unrestricted airflow around the appliance
-
Follow every overhead, rear and side-clearance requirement in the CosmoGrill manual
-
Keep the barbecue away from pergola posts and blind material
-
Keep the infrared burner away from furniture and walkways
-
Maintain safe separation from the integrated heater
-
Keep the gas cylinder upright and correctly positioned
-
Keep the gas hose away from heat and pedestrian routes
-
Never leave the lit barbecue unattended
-
Do not allow smoke or hot gases to collect beneath the pergola roof
The exact pergola material, roof height, internal dimensions and heater position must be considered before deciding where the barbecue can be operated.
In many installations, the correct arrangement will be to keep the dining table beneath the pergola and move the barbecue to the fully open edge or completely outside the structure before lighting it.
Gas supply requirements
Use only the fuel type, cylinder, regulator and hose arrangement specified in the CosmoGrill manual.
Before each use:
-
Inspect the hose for cracking, wear and heat damage
-
Check that all connections are correctly secured
-
Complete the recommended soapy-water leak test
-
Keep the gas cylinder upright
-
Protect the cylinder from direct heat
-
Keep the hose away from sharp edges
-
Turn off the burners and cylinder supply after cooking
-
Never search for a gas leak using a flame
The barbecue listing states that a propane regulator and hose are supplied. A gas cylinder and fuel are not included.
ROMANTICIST BBQ tool set
The bundle includes a comprehensive ROMANTICIST stainless-steel barbecue tool set supplied in a portable aluminium storage case.
The listed accessories include items such as:
-
Barbecue spatula
-
Cooking tongs
-
Barbecue fork
-
Basting brush
-
Meat thermometer
-
Grill mats
-
Skewers
-
Corn holders
-
Seasoning shakers
-
Cleaning accessories
-
Aluminium storage case
The set uses stainless-steel and synthetic components and is designed for use with a range of barbecue types.
The thermometer, storage case and specialist accessories should be cleaned according to their individual instructions rather than automatically being placed in a dishwasher.
Baridi DH13 drinks fridge
The bundle includes the Baridi by Dellonda DH13, a black glass-front drinks fridge.
It provides an 85-litre stated gross size and approximately 80 litres of usable internal capacity.
Depending on the arrangement of the shelves and containers, Dellonda states that it can accommodate up to approximately 110 standard 330ml cans.
Key features include:
-
Direct compressor cooling
-
Adjustable temperature between approximately 3°C and 10°C
-
Removable and adjustable metal shelves
-
Double-glazed glass door
-
Warm internal light
-
Built-in security lock
-
Reversible door
-
Automatic defrost
-
Approximately 41–42dB operating noise
The fridge measures approximately:
-
Width: 47.4cm
-
Depth: 44cm
-
Height: 84cm
-
Usable capacity: Approximately 80 litres
-
Power-cable length: Approximately 1.7m
-
Weight: Approximately 23kg
These specifications are published by Dellonda for model DH13.
Important fridge positioning
The Baridi DH13 does not have a stated outdoor weatherproof or IP rating.
It must be placed in a dry, suitably ventilated and weather-protected location.
Protect the fridge from:
-
Rain and wind-driven moisture
-
Standing water
-
Condensation
-
Direct barbecue heat
-
Hot grease and smoke
-
Heat from the pergola heater
-
Drinks being spilled into electrical components
-
Temperatures outside its intended operating range
Dellonda advises that the appliance may not operate correctly where the ambient temperature falls below its cooling range. An outdoor building may therefore require insulation and heating during colder weather.
A pergola with a louvred roof and side blinds is not a fully enclosed or weatherproof room.
The fridge may need to be positioned inside the house, within a properly enclosed garden room or in another dry location immediately beside the pergola.
tectake dining set for eight
The Signature bundle includes a tectake eight-seat polyrattan dining set comprising:
-
One large rectangular dining table
-
Eight matching dining chairs
-
Eight removable seat cushions
-
Protective furniture cover
-
Assembly materials and instructions
The furniture uses a powder-coated steel supporting structure with handwoven polyrattan and removable glass panels across the tabletop.
The seats include approximately 5cm-thick cushions with removable covers.
The manufacturer describes the polyrattan as UV-resistant and the cushions as water-repellent rather than completely waterproof. A protective cover is included to reduce weather exposure.
Dining-table dimensions
The table’s approximate assembled dimensions are:
-
Length: 195cm
-
Width: 91cm
-
Height: 75cm
The table is designed to accommodate four chairs along each of its longer sides or a combination of side and end seating depending on the final furniture arrangement.
The glass panels can be removed for cleaning.
Hot barbecue pans, trays and cookware should not be placed directly onto the glass. Use suitably rated trivets or heat-resistant mats.
Dining-chair comfort
Eight polyrattan chairs provide dedicated seating for larger family meals and social occasions.
Each chair includes a removable seat cushion approximately 5cm thick.
The cushion covers can be removed for cleaning, but cushions should be moved into dry storage during prolonged rain and when the furniture is not being used.
Although the polyrattan frame is intended for outdoor use, using the included protective cover will help reduce fading, dirt accumulation and general weathering.
MALACASA dinnerware for eight
The included MALACASA 24-piece embossed ceramic dinnerware set provides eight complete place settings.
The set includes:
-
Eight dinner plates
-
Eight side or salad plates
-
Eight cereal bowls
A raised embossed pattern adds texture to the white glazed finish, giving the set a more refined appearance than plain everyday dinnerware.
The selected set is described as:
-
Service for eight
-
High-fired ceramic or stoneware
-
Dishwasher-safe
-
Microwave-safe
-
Suitable for everyday meals and more formal dining
Ceramic tableware can chip or break if dropped onto paving. Store it indoors or in a clean, dry cabinet suitable for tableware when it is not being used.
Relaxdays premium serving trolley
The bundle includes a Relaxdays two-tier serving trolley with frosted tempered-glass shelves and a chromed steel frame.
The trolley provides movable serving space for transporting food, plates and drinks between the cooking and dining areas.
Features include:
-
Two frosted tempered-glass shelves
-
Chromed steel frame
-
Four slim castor wheels
-
Two handles
-
Open-sided design
-
Approximately 8kg maximum recommended load
-
Flat-packed construction
Approximate dimensions are:
-
Height: 85cm
-
Width: 66cm
-
Depth: 43cm
-
Weight: Approximately 8.83kg
The product is supplied in pieces and requires assembly.
Using and caring for the trolley
The trolley can be used to carry:
-
Clean plates and bowls
-
Cold drinks
-
Condiments
-
Serving dishes
-
Cutlery trays
-
Empty tableware
-
Non-hot preparation accessories
It should be placed on a smooth, level surface before items are loaded.
The trolley is marketed principally for kitchens, living rooms and household serving rather than as permanently weatherproof garden furniture. It should therefore be protected from rain and stored in a dry location after use.
Do not overload the shelves or place hot cookware directly onto the frosted glass.
Outdoor kitchen storage cabinet
A freestanding outdoor kitchen cabinet is included for organising appropriate cooking and dining accessories.
It may be used for suitable items such as:
-
Clean barbecue utensils
-
Empty serving dishes
-
Table coverings
-
Wipe-clean placemats
-
Sealed non-perishable accessories
-
Cleaning cloths
-
Other dry outdoor-kitchen equipment
Check the documentation supplied with the cabinet before treating it as:
-
Completely waterproof
-
Airtight
-
Suitable for hygienic long-term food storage
-
Suitable for electrical equipment
-
Suitable for gas-cylinder storage
-
Suitable for permanently storing ceramic dinnerware outdoors
Gas cylinders, food, chemicals and moisture-sensitive products should only be stored inside where the cabinet manufacturer expressly confirms that use is permitted.
Planning the complete layout
This is a substantial bundle and requires careful space planning.
The principal components include:
-
A dining table approximately 195 × 91cm
-
Eight dining chairs
-
A barbecue approximately 160cm wide
-
A fridge approximately 47.4cm wide
-
A trolley approximately 66 × 43cm
-
A separate storage cabinet
-
Required dining and serving walkways
-
Barbecue ventilation and heat clearances
The stated 4×3m pergola size represents its nominal external footprint.
The clear internal area will be reduced by:
-
Pergola posts
-
Structural framework
-
Blind tracks and mechanisms
-
Heater positioning
-
Base plates
-
Furniture clearances
-
Required access routes
The eight-seat dining arrangement alone will occupy most of the usable internal footprint once the chairs are pulled out.
It will not be practical to keep the table, eight occupied chairs, barbecue, fridge, trolley and cabinet all positioned beneath the pergola at the same time.
Recommended operating layout
For most gardens, the most practical arrangement will be:
-
Position the dining table and chairs beneath the pergola.
-
Place the storage cabinet where it remains dry and does not obstruct the blinds.
-
Keep the serving trolley close to the open side during meals.
-
Position the drinks fridge in a suitably weather-protected and ventilated area.
-
Move the barbecue to the fully open edge or outside the pergola before lighting it.
-
Fully open the roof and raise all three blinds during cooking.
-
Maintain a clear serving route between the barbecue, trolley and table.
-
Keep diners, children and pets away from the cooking zone.
-
Allow the barbecue to cool completely before covering or moving it.
Send us a rough sketch and accurate measurements before ordering if you would like help assessing the proposed arrangement.
Base requirements
The pergola, dining furniture, barbecue, fridge, trolley and cabinet must be positioned on a solid and level base.
Suitable prepared surfaces may include:
-
Concrete
-
Correctly installed paving
-
Structurally suitable reinforced decking
-
Other stable and appropriately rated surfaces
Grass, soft ground, loose gravel and uneven paving may not provide adequate stability.
The pergola must be securely anchored in accordance with its foundation and wind-loading instructions.
The surface beneath and around the barbecue must be non-combustible and suitable for exposure to heat and grease.
Electrical requirements
The pergola heater, roof lighting and drinks fridge require appropriate electrical supplies.
The installation should provide:
-
RCD-protected power
-
Outdoor-rated sockets where required
-
Protection from rain and standing water
-
Safe and unobstructed cable routes
-
No trailing leads across dining or serving areas
-
Adequate capacity for the combined electrical load
-
Separation between electrical equipment and the barbecue
-
Protection from heat, grease and sharp furniture edges
Any new outdoor sockets or fixed electrical work should be completed by a competent electrician.
Heater and barbecue operation
The integrated pergola heater is intended to improve comfort around the dining area.
It must not direct heat towards:
-
The barbecue
-
Gas cylinder
-
Gas hose or regulator
-
Drinks fridge
-
Storage cabinet
-
Trolley
-
Blind material
-
Other heat-sensitive or combustible products
Do not lower the privacy blinds or close the roof to retain heat while the barbecue is operating.
Safe ventilation and the barbecue manufacturer’s required clearances take priority over heating the surrounding area.
Furniture and equipment care
To extend the life of the bundle:
-
Use the supplied dining-set cover when the furniture is not being used
-
Store seat cushions in a dry location during poor weather
-
Bring the serving trolley indoors after use
-
Keep the dinnerware clean and dry
-
Protect the fridge from outdoor exposure
-
Clean grease from the barbecue after it has cooled
-
Cover the barbecue only when completely cold
-
Secure loose items during strong winds
-
Follow each manufacturer’s maintenance instructions
Outdoor-rated materials are designed to tolerate normal garden use, but regular protection and maintenance will substantially improve their long-term appearance.
Installation
Installation is not included as standard unless specifically stated in your order.
Pergola assembly will normally require:
-
At least two capable adults
-
A correctly prepared solid and level base
-
Suitable tools
-
Accurate measurement and levelling
-
Secure mechanical anchoring
The barbecue, dining furniture, serving trolley and storage cabinet are supplied as separate products and may each require assembly.
The CosmoGrill is a large unit weighing approximately 51.5kg and is delivered in multiple boxes. Two or more capable adults should handle and assemble it.
Every component must be assembled and used according to its respective manufacturer instructions.
Delivery
We deliver across mainland UK. Estimated lead times will be confirmed during checkout or in your order confirmation.
Because the bundle contains products from several manufacturers, it will arrive in more than one delivery. Components may:
-
Be delivered on different dates
-
Be dispatched from more than one fulfilment location
Please inspect every delivery promptly and retain all packaging until the complete bundle has been received and checked.
Important information
Product images are provided for illustration and styling purposes.
Food, drinks, glasses, cutlery, gas cylinders, fuel, rotisserie accessories and decorative items shown in lifestyle imagery are not included unless specifically listed in the “What’s included” section.
The gas barbecue must only be operated where every manufacturer ventilation, overhead-clearance and side-clearance requirement can be satisfied.
It must not be assumed that the barbecue is safe to operate beneath a closed or partially enclosed pergola.
The drinks fridge and serving trolley are not permanently weatherproof outdoor appliances and must be protected accordingly.
Final positioning will depend on the precise internal pergola dimensions, garden layout, base preparation and access requirements.
Manufacturers may update specifications, dimensions, packaging and included accessories. The product labels, manuals and technical documentation supplied with the order will take precedence where a minor specification differs from this description.
Full dimensions for this pergola are listed in the product description above. If you need a specific measurement before ordering, email us at info@signaturepergolas.co.uk and we will confirm it for you.
Please refer to the product description for full material details. For general care, wipe down with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.
Full installation instructions and all necessary fixings are included in the box with your product. Please read the manual carefully before beginning assembly. If you have any questions during installation, contact us at info@signaturepergolas.co.uk.
